Eric Walker
Plant Manager / COO
With more than 22 years in industry, Eric gained much experience and held a variety of roles at a global chemicals and energy company. Starting out as a process engineer, Eric was eventually promoted to the senior production manager position, and most recently, held the role of Vice President Operations Americas.
Joining Calca Solutions as the senior director of operations in the fall of 2024, Eric was quickly promoted to the position of Plant Manager/COO in 2025. His years of experience with overseeing production and operations make him well suited to lead the team as Calca Solutions embarks upon a trajectory of expansion.
Eric currently serves on the board of the Lake Area Industry Alliance (LAIA) and has also been a board member of the Louisiana Chemical Association and the Chamber Southwest Louisiana. His dynamic leadership style encourages excellence and safety – every step of the way.
