With more than 30 years of industry experience, Vince has dedicated much of his career to improving processes that drive efficiency, enhance safety, and empower teams. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that foster strong workplace cultures rooted in problem-solving and maximizing results. With extensive experience overseeing operations, projects, process engineering, site management, and serving as a plant manager, Vince is a proven leader committed to elevating organizational performance and achieving long-term success.
A native of Southwest Louisiana, Vince is a two-time graduate of McNeese State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering as well as a degree in Curriculum and Instruction. He has leveraged this diverse educational background to support organizational growth by engaging employees at all levels and establishing a culture of reliability and accountability. His efforts have produced measurable improvements through process optimization and the implementation of innovative technologies, including augmented reality tools for training and development.
Vince began his career in Westlake, Louisiana, and has since built a broad range of experience across Texas, working in Port Neches, Longview, Victoria, and Orange. He remains deeply passionate about the people and culture of Southwest Louisiana and is proud to call the region home.
