SWLA Women In Industry

The inaugural “SWLA Women in Industry” event sponsored by members of the Lake Area Industry Alliance took place in April of 2024. Through this opportunity, high school juniors and seniors were able to interact with subject matter experts on various career paths and different roles within industry. Seniors were able to apply for scholarships to bolster their interest in studying fields related to STEM and future opportunities in industry. Calca Solutions was proud to be part of this new event to support career growth for the next generation.
