Monomethyl hydrazine (CH3NHNH2) is a clear, colorless, hygroscopic liquid. It has an odor typical of relatively short-chain organic amines. It is miscible with water, hydrazine, hydrazine derivatives, amines and lower weight monohydric alcohols. It is soluble in hydrocarbons.
