Jeff has been in the industrial world for nearly 35 years with 28 years at the Calca Solutions’ site and 26 years specifically in the hydrazine business. With vast experience in chemical engineering, Jeff is a subject matter expert on the hydrazine business and intricate formulas to create hydrazine solutions and propellants. Overseeing the production team, Jeff ensures excellence and safety every step of the way. From production and quality management, environmental compliance, process safety management, risk management plans, to process improvement strategies, Jeff supervises the entire process from start to finish for hydrazine propellants and solutions.
